Be the business
customers choose first

Most businesses are closer than they think. Buyers hold back for tiny reasons. Regard clears the way, so more people say yes.

Something was off with my website but I couldn’t see it. Rachel highlighted three small messaging gaps we had completely missed. We updated the main page copywriting, moved the reviews and changed our “Contact Us” button. Enquiries increased within 30 days and we hadn’t changed anything else.

Are people looking...
but not buying?

You're investing time and money, but not seeing a return.

You've tried marketing, but the focus was on getting views, not sales.

You want to know what truly persuades someone to choose you.

Growth begins when your message aligns with the way people really decide, so more of the right customers feel ready to say yes.

Hi, I'm Rachel

Regard started when I realised most business owners were not failing because their product was wrong or their website was bad.

They were missing the moment when a buyer decides whether to trust them.

I kept seeing brilliant people doing all the right things and still wondering why customers were hovering instead of committing.

After years working across SEO, ads and websites, it became clear to me that most businesses do not need more traffic or more tactics. They need to understand how their customers think.

I began to study buyer behaviour and decision making and suddenly everything clicked. The question changed from “how do I get more eyes” to “how do I make it easy for people to say yes.”

Now I help business owners spot the simple things that create hesitation and show them how to make their message easier to buy. It is calm, it is practical and it works with what you already have.

I built Regard for people who want clarity without chaos and who want their marketing to feel lighter, not heavier.

If you are doing the work and still not seeing the results, you do not need to work harder. You just need to know where your buyers are getting stuck and what to do next.

That is my favourite part of the job and why I love what I do.

We don’t just chase results. Our North Star metric is whether we’ve earned the right to tell your story as a case study.

The path to
growth: our process

The path to growth - our process

You’ve turned up, built the thing, shared the thing, promoted the thing.

People are looking. They are reading.

They are even thinking about buying.

So why are the results not matching the effort you’ve put in?

That answer lives in the tiny moment where a customer decides whether to buy or walk away.

That tiny moment is where we work.

– Phase One

Finding the friction that stops the sale

We’ll step into your customer’s shoes and uncover where your message loses them, confuses them or gives them a reason to pause.

That way, you’ll understand what is really stopping people buying instead of assuming it is your product, offer or price.

– Phase Two

The science
behind the yes

Then, we’ll turn it into clear, practical guidance you can put to work straight away.

You will see exactly what is helping customers decide and what is slowing them down, so you can update your messaging with confidence.

No rebuilding. No guessing. Just simple changes aligned with how people choose to buy.

– Phase Three

Making the yes easy

You stay in control and update your messaging at your own pace, knowing every tweak is working in the same direction.

And if you want backup, Regard can step in whenever you need.

The Friction
Finder Audit

$1,200 +GST

For businesses getting attention, but not enough enquiries, and you cannot see why.

This is a buyer-psychology audit of one customer-facing asset, designed to find the small moments of uncertainty that quietly reduce trust, slow decisions, or make people drop off.

What we review

One asset your customers use to decide:

  • homepage
  • landing page
  • service page
  • pricing page
  • a key email or ad

What you get back

1) A clear diagnosis, not a vague critique
You will see exactly where buyers hesitate, what they are assuming in that moment, and why the asset is not holding confidence.

2) The few fixes that change the outcome first
Most businesses do not need more ideas. They need a sequence. You will get a prioritised list of what to fix first so you are not guessing or spinning.

3) Specific wording improvements you can implement
Suggested headline, wording, and CTA upgrades that reduce uncertainty, increase relevance, and make the next step feel safer.

4) Trust cues that make the offer feel lower risk
Practical ways to add proof, specificity, and reassurance so buyers stop doing the mental “what’s the catch?” check.

5) A simple step-by-step plan
A clear action plan you can follow to make updates quickly, without rebuilding the whole site or rewriting everything from scratch.

6) Seven days of email support
So you are not left alone interpreting notes. Ask questions, sanity-check changes, and get help applying the recommendations.

The result you should expect

  • A page that feels clearer, more human, and easier to say yes to.
  • Less “looks good but…” hesitation.
  • More buyers moving forward without needing extra chasing.

You are closer than you think. Let us prove it.

Book your audit and uncover the simple fixes that help more people buy. You’ll know what to change to turn visitors into buyers.

When a thank-you message quietly kills momentum

Most businesses treat their form submit confirmation as a formality. A polite “thanks”, a generic line of copy, and a clean exit. In practice, it’s often the exact moment a buyer decides whether this relationship

Why buyers decide in five seconds

Someone clicks through to your homepage, their eyes skim the top of the page, and their finger hovers over the back button before they’ve properly read a sentence. It can look like impatience. More often,
